1. Where can I see the future plans for Glimesh?
A: You can keep up to date on all future plans via the Glimesh blog here: https://blog.glimesh.tv/. Currently, we are beginning work on Alpha Phase 2.
2. Does Glimesh allow custom emotes?
A:EDIT: We do allow custom emotes! Currently, you can have a total of 2 emotes. You can have 2 static emotes, 1 static emote and one animated emote, or 2 animated emotes
3. Does Glimesh have co-streaming?
A: Not right now, however, this has been widely suggested and will be considered for Alpha Phase 3.
4. Does Glimesh offer transcoding?
A: Not at the moment. However, if we include it, we will make sure that everyone will then be able to watch everyone's stream, no matter if you’re using mobile data or have a bad internet connection. This may not be transcoding but a different method, this is currently under consideration for implementation in Alpha Phase 2 of the roadmap.
5. Will Glimesh work with direct from console streaming?
A: No, not currently. For this to happen, we will need to be allowed to work with Microsoft and Sony to develop apps for their platform. This is solely on them allowing this to happen, which is unlikely until we can demonstrate a serious demand for it.
6. Will there be a mobile app?
A: Not at this time, though we are currently working towards this with our Phase 2 roadmap. No definitive timescale on when this will be complete is available at this time.
7. Does Glimesh have raiding?
A: Not at this time, though we are currently working towards raiding with our Phase 2 roadmap. No definitive timescale on when this will be complete is available at this time.
8. Does Glimesh have hosting?
A: No, not currently however it has been suggested and we will continue to assess the situation with implementing this feature. If we ever do decide to, we will be sure to let you know.
