We have put together a quick guide to some of the most commonly asked questions about the Glimesh Mobile App.

Q. How can I download the app? 
A. You can download the app via the Android app store or iOS app store. For a more in depth guide of how to do this, please see our guide.

Q. What platforms does the app support? 
A. The app currently supports Android and iOS. If you think there is a platform we should support in addition to these, please head to our Discord and suggest it to us. 

Q. How do I report a bug? 
A. In order to report a bug, please head over to our Discord and be sure to include as much information as possible. Please see our guide: Reporting Bugs for the Mobile App for a deeper look at when/how to report bugs. 

Q. Why are my audio buttons not changing the volume of the stream? - Android Bug
A. In order to change the stream's audio, please expand the audio options and then adjust the media volume for your phone in there; this will set your stream volume. If you attempt to adjust it via the volume keys without expanding the audio options, you will adjust your call volume, rather than the stream volume. We are currently working to fix this bug as fast as possible.
