The chosen payment provider for Glimesh is Stripe. They are one of the largest payment providers in the world, if you have ever ordered online, you have likely used Stripe. You can find out more information about them on their website:

Part 1: Important Information
1. Supported Countries
Glimesh currently offers payout support for 80 countries, directly to your bank account, debit card, or other accepted payment methods. For a full list of countries we currently support see the table below:

2. Subscription Fees
Subscriptions are £4.43 a month, from this 60% is paid to the streamer, and 40% to Glimesh. Glimesh pays all processing fees and chargeback protection is included. Payments are made biweekly with no minimum payout amount.

This chart shows how the fees are split, and how the 40% Glimesh takes is spent.
From a £4.43 donation, approximately £2.66 is paid to the streamer (depending on conversion rates), and £1.77 to Glimesh.
Of those £1.77 paid to Glimesh:

£0.19 goes to Payment Processing Costs

£0.44 goes to Payout Processing costs

£0.81 goes to Sever & Bandwidth costs

£0.32 goes directly to the Glimesh bank
3. Donation Fees
People can donate anywhere from £0.89 to £88.54 in a time to you. Glimesh takes no money from donations, the only fees you will pay are from our payment provider Stripe which are 2.9% + 30 cents.
Part 2: Registering For Subscriptions And Donations
1. The Setup Process
To begin the process of registering for payments on Glimesh head to your
Payment Portal. Navigate to the bottom of the page to the receiving details section.

On the right side of your receiving details section, you will see a section for "Setup Glimesh Payouts".

Click the box to select your country from the list - this list matches the countries listed above in supported countries. Be careful to select the correct country.

Once you have selected your country click start process.

Clicking the start process button will provide a prompt to remind you to check that your country is correct, as you cannot change this later if there is any mistake. Click OK on the box to continue, or Cancel if you need to change something.

After clicking OK to continue you will be directed to a page with more information about setting up Payouts. The first box on the left will take you through information related to Tax Information for United States residents at the top, and all other countries below. The middle box includes important information about Setup and the final box to the right confirms information relating to your Payouts.
If you are happy with this information click the large purple "Proceed with Stripe Setup" button at the bottom of the Payouts box. This will now direct you to Stripe to start your application.

You will now see the start of an application page. On the left side is a blue panel that explains that Glimesh is partnered with Stripe for its payments and financial services. On the right, you will see the title "Get paid by Glimesh" with a box underneath to fill in your email address. Once you have done this click the blue continue button below.

Clicking continue will now show a box underneath where you filled in your email address to add your phone number, the country code for this number will be preset based on the country you selected at the start of the process. Once you have filled in your mobile number, make sure it is correct, and then click the blue continue button at the bottom.

On the next page of the application, you will be asked to verify your phone number. Stripe will send a code to your mobile number, type that code into the box on this screen, once it is accepted you will be automatically directed to the next page.

On this next page, you will need to select your type of business from the dropdown with options for Individual / Sole Trader, Company, or Non-profit. Glimesh cannot help with advising which may apply to your personal situation, if you are unsure please seek advice from a legal tax representative.
Once you have selected your type of business, again click the blue continue button at the bottom of the screen.

This next page asks you to verify your personal details. The top box is where you will fill in your first name, and the box below is for your last name. Below where you fill in your name you will need to confirm your date of birth. Please pay close attention to the format for the date of being as it asks for Month/Day/Year. Once you have checked this, please press the blue continue button at the bottom of the screen to continue.

On this next page, you will need to fill in your bank details. The top box is for "currency" this will be set by default to the currency for the country you selected at the start of this process.
Once you have selected your currency fill in the boxes (from top to bottom) for your sort code, and account number, and confirm your account number.
PLEASE check these details are correct. Once you are sure they are, click the blue save button at the bottom of the page.

The final page of this process will display your personal details (top box) and bank account details (bottom box) to check and confirm. Check that this is correct, and once you are happy with it click the blue submit button at the bottom of the page. If anything is incorrect press the pencil button in the top right corner of the box to go back and edit your information.
If you are from the US that is everything you need to do for your application. Once you have completed all these steps you will be required to wait as our internal process reviews your forms, this may take up to 14 days to complete.
If for any reason there are any issues with this process, you will be notified via email. If you have not received a notification after 14 days, please email support@glimesh.tv
For anyone who is outside of the US please continue reading this guide for further steps.
2. Tax Information For Non-US accounts
If you are setting up an account outside of the US, we are required to collect tax information from you before we can give you a sub and donation button.
These steps may be confusing and complicated, so we urge you to reach out to a local tax professional for help filling out your tax forms. Glimesh is not equipped, nor able to help you with any tax or legal questions relating to our services. If you are having technical difficulties, please reach out to us at support@glimesh.tv

For individuals:
When you click Start W8-BEN Tax Form you will be taken to an external site where you can file this information securely for verification. Below we provide a basic outline of the steps necessary however, these steps may be confusing and complicated, so we urge you to reach out to a local tax professional for help filling out your tax forms. Glimesh is not equipped, nor able to help you with any tax or legal questions relating to our services. If you are having technical difficulties, please reach out to us at support@glimesh.tv

On the first page, you will need to fill in the fields for your name, address, and country of residence. Check all your information is filled in correctly then click continue.

On the next page, you will need to provide your identifying number(s) and date of birth here. You can hover over the ‘?’ at any time to receive an explanation of what each of these means to help inform you what you will need to provide. Again, check all this information is correct, and once you have confirmed this, click continue.

On page 3 select your country of residence here, the rest will be automatically filled in, and add any additional explanations if needed (remember to hover over the ‘?’ for an explanation of each step). Again, check this information over, confirm it is correct, then click continue.

Page 4 requires you to provide your e-signature. Today's date will already be infilled with the correct date. Once you have done this click continue to proceed.

On the final page fill in your email address. Once you have done this click to send the form.

Once you have completed all these steps you will be required to wait as our internal process reviews your forms, this may take up to 14 days to complete.

Once your information has been verified as correct you will receive an email to confirm this.
Congratulations! Not only will you now see a purple "Support" button above your stream where users can subscribe to you, but you will also now have your own unique URL which links directly to your subscriptions button which will look similar to this:
https://glimesh.tv/USERNAMEHERE/support/subscribe (be sure to replace USERNAMEHERE with your username in order for this to work).

When you are approved for subscriptions on Glimesh this also automatically approves you for donations. You will also now have your own unique URL which links directly to your donation button which will look similar to this:

Please download a copy of the W-8BEN-E from the link provided and email support@glimesh.tv for further information regarding this.
Part 3: Linking Streamloots
Streamloots is a fun and interactive way to support your streamers. You can create your own unique deck of cards that viewers can purchase and play to interact with you and your streams while you play. For more information on how this works please head over to the Streamloots
website.
Continue reading below for how to link your Streamloots account to your Glimesh account.

In order to link your Streamloots account to your Glimesh account first head to Streamloots and access the
profile page. In here you will see your profile picture on the left with several items to the right, you are looking for the second item called "Page". Copy the page link in this section.
Once you have grabbed this link you will want to head to your
Support Modal page. (For a more in-depth guide to your Support Modal check out our
guide)

Once you have navigated to your support modal you will see options for Subscriptions & Donations (If you have those set up) and at the very bottom an option for Streamloots.

On the far right of the Streamloots section will be a box for your Streamloots URL, paste the page link we copied earlier into this box.

Once you have added your link be sure to click the large blue "Save Support Modal" button located on the bottom left of the Support Modal container.
