Since destination charges are what Glimesh currently uses, the transaction happens on our account and we transfer the remainder to the Streamer. All refunds or chargebacks are handled by Glimesh. Refunds can be sent back only to the original payment method used in a charge. It’s not possible to send a refund to a different account.
After you initiate a refund, a refund request will be submitted to your bank or card issuer. You will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank. If after 10 business days you have not received your refund, please contact support@glimesh.tv.
